Iliade is pleased to announce that it has succesfully removed hundreds of tons on heavily contaminated waste from the Italian island of Sardinia.
This waste, leftovers from an abandoned mining site, has for several decades been a cause for concern due to the environmental risks it presents. Its large volume and dangerous pollutants had made its removal and neutralization a severe challenge for Sardinia.
By leveraging the expertise of its partners, using state-of-the-art technology and the most modern processes, Iliade was able to organize the removal of the waste from Sardinia to an overseas laboratory where it was safely and cleanly disposed of.
Iliade was glad to freely offer its services and expertise to the Autonomous Region of Sardegna, and is proud to have been a part of this environmentaly positive action. Ordinary citizens should not have to pay a price for the bad actions of unscrupulous companies, and Iliade is justifiably proud to have been able to remedy this ongoing dangerous situation.
